Madeline Condulis

Madeline is a Senior Associate with Ethos Real Estate and manages portfolio operations, financial reporting, and capital projects across the firm's multifamily investments.

Prior to joining Ethos, Madeline was a Senior Associate at Midwood Investment & Development, where she focused on retail and multifamily assets across the firm's 100+ asset portfolio. At Midwood, she led refinancing and recapitalization opportunities, conducted annual portfolio-wide valuations, managed lender and partner reporting, and drove portfolio optimization strategies including asset dispositions and capital calls. She also oversaw the annual budgeting process and capital projects pipeline. Before Midwood, Madeline was an Analyst at SITE Centers, where she worked on capital markets activity across the company's national retail portfolio.

Madeline holds a degree in Finance with a Real Estate Minor from Lehigh University and a Master's in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
