Ayesha Agarwal

Ayesha is an Associate with Ethos Real Estate and supports due diligence, analysis and execution of all acquisitions and development opportunities.

Prior to joining Ethos, Ayesha was an analyst at Tishman Speyer, where she managed select assets of the firm’s Southern California portfolio and analyzed the investment viability of potential investments in target markets across sectors. Before joining Tishman Speyer, Ayesha was on Lazard’s Real Estate team in New York, where she worked on a wide variety of investment mandates, ranging from portfolio-level transactions to underwriting, acquisition and disposition of individual assets. Prior to Lazard, Ayesha worked on developing software for clinical data management at Lwala Community Alliance, a hospital-based NGO that employs a multi-faceted approach to alleviating and eventually eradicating poverty in the community. Her time there solidified an interest in building an equitable world, and she is focused on translating that interest into tangible improvement in housing affordability.

Ayesha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Columbia University.
