Nina Hill

Nina Hill is a Senior Development Coordinator with Ethos Real Estate and is responsible for supporting the team with development, construction, and new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Ethos, Nina was a Development Administrator at CREDE where she supported the development and construction advisory teams on multi-family, commercial, and industrial projects across the country. Before joining CREDE, Nina worked as a Project Manager in a HNWI family office where she managed or assisted with real estate and business investments, philanthropic and charitable contributions, commercial and residential property management, loan transactions, and entity filings. Previously, Nina was a Servicing Supervisor and Production Assistant in the mortgage industry where she gained knowledge and experience from brokers and lenders including Washington Mutual and Countrywide.

Nina has been a California Notary Public for 16 years, is a member of a local non-profit organization focused on supporting families struggling with every day needs, and has enjoyed attending career development courses, such as Business Accounting, at Saddleback and Orange Coast College.
