Nick Jagadish

Nick is the Chief Financial Officer for Ethos Real Estate and has management responsibility over the firm’s financial operations, treasury, and business development. Nick’s career includes a broad range of experience in fundraising, client services, financial reporting, accounting, and operations both as an operator and fund manager.

Prior to joining Ethos, Nick was a Senior Vice President in the Fund Accounting and Operations group at Oaktree Capital, with a focus on Oaktree’s Real Estate strategy working on a variety of fund products with over $10B in AUM in real estate opportunistic, income and debt investments. In addition, he was very involved in developing the operational platforms and processes for the launch of the debt and income products. Prior to Oaktree, Nick worked at CIM Group where he was involved in all operational aspects of fund management including assisting with property management, performance reporting and investor reporting.

Nick holds a Master of Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Cal State Fullerton.
