The Harvest is a 252 unit ground-up development project that was awarded by the Salt Lake City Redevelopment Agency. The property is located in the Marmalade District and is the final piece of a decades long public-private assemblage and redevelopment of the "Marmalade Block."

Harvest will deliver a mix of market-rate units including stacked flats and live/work townhomes in a submarket that had seen limited new construction. Once complete, the development will be connected to a public park and library and will be key in helping link the adjacent neighborhood to the downtown core.

The project was 100% privately financed under a strategy of delivering housing supply in rapidly growing markets.
